We, PEAK (Progressive Expats Association of Kareetiparambe) ("We", "Us", "Our", "Community"), are a membership-based community for expatriates. Our aim is to foster a sense of belonging, provide support, and connect expatriates to their roots. Memberships are offered through subscription plans for various benefits and activities hosted by the community.
Subscriptions to the PEAK community are subject to our Terms of Service, which you (referred to as "You" or "Member") agree to upon joining. You may choose from various membership plans and pay the required subscription fee via the available payment methods.
Members are required to pay a subscription fee as per the chosen PEAK membership plan ("Membership Fee"). The Membership Fee outlined in different plans is non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Taxes may apply to the Membership Fee. Membership benefits will be activated only upon successful payment of the Membership Fee.
You may cancel your PEAK membership subscription anytime by accessing your account and updating your membership preferences. If you cancel within 7 business days of signing up for a paid membership, we will issue a full refund of your Membership Fee, provided that any benefits availed during this period will be deducted before refunding the amount.
For annual memberships, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis based on the duration of usage and benefits availed. For monthly memberships, refunds will only be provided if no benefits have been used since the payment of the Membership Fee.
We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service and this Cancellation & Refund Policy at our discretion. Changes will be communicated, and your continued membership constitutes acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to any updates, you may cancel your membership.
PEAK reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion without prior notice. In such cases, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining membership duration, except for terminations due to misconduct, violation of community guidelines, or fraudulent activity, where no refund will be provided.
PEAK and its representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership or community participation. Our total liability will not exceed the last Membership Fee paid. These limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive membership termination.
